Founded by Amber Berryman, Liora Hair Lounge was created with a vision to blend beauty, purpose, and peace. As artists and women of faith, we wanted to build more than just a salon—we wanted a welcoming environment where clients can relax, reset, and reconnect while receiving elevated, personalized hair care.

The name Liora, meaning “light,” reflects the heart of everything we do. We strive to bring out the radiance that already lives within you, believing your hair is your crown and a reflection of the confidence, grace, and light God has placed inside of you.

What started as a love for hair quickly became something so much deeper. I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel beautiful, confident, and truly seen. Over the past 10 years behind the chair, that passion has grown into more than just creating great hair—it’s about the connections, the trust, and creating a space where you can fully be yourself.

For a long time, I carried a dream of creating a space that felt different—more intentional, more personal, and filled with warmth. That dream is what led to Liora.

My faith is at the center of who I am. My relationship with Jesus shapes how I show up every day. I want every person who sits in my chair to feel valued, cared for, and uplifted, both inside and out.

When I’m not behind the chair, I’m usually spending time with my husband, Jared, and our two boys, Preston and Tucker. My family is my greatest blessing and the sweetest part of my life.

Hi, I’m Taylor Nissen! I’m a proud mom of two beautiful girls, Oakley and Navy, and when I’m not behind the chair, I love spending time with my family, being outdoors, and creating a life centered around faith and the people I love.

I specialize in dimensional color and luxury hair extensions, with a passion for creating beautiful, customized looks that make my clients feel confident and cared for. My goal is to make every appointment feel like more than just getting your hair done!
